Rescheduling
・If you need to reschedule, we are happy to do so at no extra cost, as long as our team is available on the new date.
・If our schedule is not available, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

・14+ days before: Refund of 100%.
・7–14 days before: Refund of 50%.
・0–6 days before or no-show: No refund.

Refund
・Due to the creative nature of photography, refunds cannot be provided based on personal preferences regarding poses, facial expressions, weather conditions, lighting, or personal appearance. 
・By booking our service, you acknowledge and agree to the artistic style and quality demonstrated in our portfolio.
・We do not guarantee a specific number of “usable” images based on subjective preferences.
・In the rare case of a technical problem or failure to provide the agreed service, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
 

Retouching/Editing

・Our editing approach focuses on enhancing natural beauty while maintaining authenticity.

・Basic retouching such as color correction, lighting adjustments, and minor skin refinements are included. However, we do not alter body shape, facial structure, or significantly modify physical features (such as slimming the face or body).

・This policy ensures that all images remain natural, timeless, and true to the original moment.
