- Photo Shoot - ・Within 10 days after your session, you will receive your beautiful gallery. ・We will select best photos from all the photos, you can also select by yourself. ・The downloadable photos will be in JPEG. - Video Shoot - Every detail is carefully selected to fit your personality and story. We hand-craft each film by choosing the right filming techniques, carefully selecting music to fit your vibe, and editing in a way that makes the biggest impact. ・Within 15 days after your session, you will receive your beautiful and storytelling video.

Cancellation Policy

- Rescheduling - ・If you need to reschedule, we are happy to do so at no extra cost, as long as our team is available on the new date. ・If our schedule is not available, the standard cancellation policy will apply. - Cancellation - ・14+ days before: Refund of 100%. ・7–14 days before: Refund of 50%. ・0–6 days before or no-show: No refund.
